Spiritus is a sacred healing art that calls upon the wisdom of breath, sound, and movement to awaken the body’s innate power. Through this practice, we open pathways within, allowing the breath to stir ancient energies and unlock the stagnant memories held deep in our body. By embracing this life force, the body finds the freedom to heal, to liberate itself from past wounds, and to thrive from within.
This is not merely a technique—it is an initiation into the profound intelligence of your own body. Spiritus Breathwork merges conscious, connected breathing with somatic healing, guiding you beyond the habitual patterns of the autonomic nervous system. Here, trauma and tension are released, dissolving the barriers that keep you from joy and abundance. This sacred work rewires your energetic patterns, helping you reclaim your birthright of vitality and inner peace.
The medicine you seek is not found outside of yourself—it is woven into the very fabric of your being.
Energy cleansing is the sacred practice of purifying and renewing the energy that surrounds and flows within you—your personal energy field, often known as the aura. This process clears away negative, stagnant, or dense energies that may have become lodged within your field, blocking your natural flow and vitality.
In these cleansing rituals, we invoke the power of sacred plants, such as Mapacho (Amazonian tobacco), whose spirit works as a powerful ally in the purification process. Through the ancient art of smudging, we use the smoke of these plants to cleanse, renew, and restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. These rituals open the pathways for fresh, vibrant energies to circulate freely, restoring harmony to your energetic system and inviting deeper alignment with your highest self.
Through few year of searching for my own healing, I found Spiritus Breathwork who activated my shamanic call, work with the Abuelita, a medicine plant. These two powerful modalities, along with shamanic traditions, a diet of sacred plants, and the healing power of Mapacho, helped me navigate my own traumas and rediscovered my connection to my body, spirit, and the wisdom of the earth. These practices became more than just tools for healing.
“Follow your own footsteps. Learn from the rivers, trees, and rocks. Honor Christ, the Buddha, your brothers and sisters. Honor Mother Earth and the Great Spirit. Honor yourself and all of creation.” “See with the eyes of your soul and commit to what is essential.”
These are the teachings of our Inca brothers, the Q’eros.

Breathing is a natural function, but it's also critical to how we feel. When we feel stressed or anxious, breathing becomes shallow and rapid, and we don't get enough oxygen. Deep breathing is one of the most effective ways to help the body return to a state of calm. This great relaxation technique, regular deep breathing can reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and depression, improve energy and focus, and help us to think more clearly.
Meditation is a systematic approach to gaining control over our thoughts and emotions. It is about removing the barriers between us and the present moment. Breathwork is about connecting with our body’s with our energy and letting go of stress, tension, anxiety, griff, emotions that we weren’t ready to realise in the pass. It is a powerful tool for self-healing and renewal. Meditation and breathwork have some similarities.
Breathwork helps to release all the unwanted trauma that you have ever faced in your life. It boosts your energy levels, improves your sleep, and gives you psychological strength. Breathwork is a recommended technique to anyone who is facing a kind of difficulty that they want to conquer in their lives. Taking into account there are some medical contraindications.
Wear comfortable clothing as most of the session will take place cross-legged and/or laying down. In breathwork it’s common to feel cold so bring a warm top. Water bottles and a journal for post-session self-reflection are welcome. Most importantly, bring an open heart and open mind.
Breathwork is completely safe to do everyday. Personally, I would do a quick 5 minute session in the morning before a meditation, however, if I need to gain more clarity or shake off stagnant energy that is not serving me, I would complete a full 60 minute session.
This journey contains a number of Sacred high vibrational medicines.
